Staff and Volunteers

Mariam clinic is proud of its supportive volunteer staff, physicians and members that have helped the clinic grow and survive. Since 2007, Dr. Chazli, Dr. Asif Zia, Dr. Hussein, Dr. Khan and Dr. Shaikh were backbone of the clinic, by volunteering as physicians. The clinic is run with the effort of all physician providers, non-physician volunteers, social workers and board members of Mariam Clinic.

The clinic has a core group of 11 doctors, including a gynecologist and a psychiatrist. Mariam Clinic needs more doctors, nurses and other medical technicians if it is to continue to serve the growing local population of uninsured.
