Local Start Dental is open to all Adults 18 and older, regardless of financial status. Medicaid and VA Benefits are welcomed. No other insurance is accepted but insured patients may file claims themselves. For "self pay" patients, the patient portion is due at the time of service, prior to starting treatment
Vision
There are 4 organizations that offer free/reduced eye exams and prescription glasses
Regular eye care is a necessity of life, however, many people cannot afford to pay for things like eye exams, corrective eyewear, and eye surgery. If you cannot pay for the eye care you need, there are many programs that may be able to help. These programs may cover eye exams, eyeglasses, and contacts, eye surgery, or other eye care needs.
