Mariam Clinic is a free clinic, and does not charge any fee to patients who qualify. The entire program is funded through grants and the generous donations of our partners, sponsors, and donations from the community.

Generations Family Practice: Mariam Clinic operates out of a running clinic in Cary, NC. Dr Mintzer is the owner of Generations Family Practice, and has been operating this practice since 2005. She rents the clinic space for Mariam Clinic to open on Sundays with all necessary supplies.

Wake Smiles for Dental Program: Mariam Clinic collaborates with Wake Smiles to offer Dental Services to our patients.

Project Access: Project Access of Wake County is a physician referral program. Mariam Clinic collaborates with Project access to deliver care to Mariam Clinic patients who have been referred to see a specialist.

UNC Charity Care: The Charity Care Program insures that all eligible individuals receive medically necessary care at participating UNC Health Care entities regardless of their ability to pay. The program is available for patients with a household income of at or below 250% of the Federal Poverty Guideline for their family size.

Athena Gives: free EMR

Prevent Blindness North Carolina: free Retinal Screenings done in the clinic, vouchers for eye exams and eye wear

Americares: free medications (limited formulary) distributed to patients by MD during time of visit

PAP Programs: enroll patients in pharmacy assistance programs as well MedAssist and RxOutreach

Labcorp for Testing: Labcorp provides free lab services.

Breast & Cervical Cancer Control Program: breast screening/mammograms for women aged 50-64 and cervical screening for women 40-64 years of age Flu Vouchers partnership with Walgreens
